Orange County ABC Annual Specialty/Limited Batch Lottery

How the Lottery Works

Once a year the State ABC Warehouse and our Distributors work to provide our customers with rare specialty spirits. The numbers are limited, so we conduct a random online lottery to determine our lucky winners. Anyone 21 and over and a resident of Orange County, NC is eligible to enter and win (must have valid ID upon pick up). Entries will only be accepted through this page and will be cutoff on December 1.

The entire form must be completed in order to qualify for the drawing and duplicate entries will be removed.

Steps to Enter

1. Enter all of your information into the form on this page (entries are accepted until December 1)
2. The Lottery can take place any time in December or January dependent on product arrival.
3. Orange County ABC and our employees have no advance notice of the timing of the specialty delivery or what is included until the shipment arrives.
4. We assign a number to each unique entry, and then utilize random number generators to select our winners until all bottles are gone.
5. Each winner is then called and notified of their opportunity to purchase a limited specialty spirit.
6. Winners will have a limited time to pay for and pick up their bottle at our designated location, which will be communicated to the winners.
7. Once all bottles have been selected, paid for, and picked up, we will update this page to inform you the lottery has ended.
8. We will not save entries from one lottery to the next. You can re-submit your name and contact information through this page for a chance at the next annual lottery, starting in January each year.
