Q: What type of Identification is required to purchase spirits from one of your stores?
A: We accept Valid Driver's License from Any State OR a Valid North Carolina Identification Card OR a Valid Passport OR a Valid Military Identification Card
Q: What if I have a Valid form of Identification, but someone who entered the store with me does not? Can I just make the purchase myself?
A: You may not. Our staff will not sell to anyone in a party who enters our stores, unless all members have a Valid Form of Identification.
Q: Can just the person who has identification make the purchase if I/we leave the store or do not actually pick up any merchandise?
A: Unfortunately, no. No purchases may be made by anyone in your party until the next business day.
REFUNDS / RETURNS
Q: Can I make a return for a refund or a store credit, even if the bottle is not opened, or I just left the store?
A: Unfortunately, no. All sales are final.

A: All stores accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Traveler's Checks, and Debit Cards.
